Our 3-in-1 Filter Cartridge offers efficient filtration with a unique waterfall design that oxygenates the water, promoting healthier and more active fish, while reducing splashing to make the return exceptionally quiet. The adjustable flow feature allows you to reduce the flow for betta, shrimp, plants, or other low-flow needs without compromising filtration efficiency.

To ensure the best experience for your fish, it's important to monitor the water flow. Delicate fish, such as betta and goldfish, require a more gentle water flow, as they will show signs of stress if the flow is too strong. If the flow is too strong, the fish will find it difficult to swim around and may prefer to stay in one area or avoid a particular area.

The no-mess filter cartridge changes the BIO, mechanical, and chemical filtration in one, fully assembled and ready to use. It can be easily slid out for quick maintenance, and you can customize it to suit your own needs. The pre-filter sponge prevents small fish, shrimp, and debris from getting sucked up, purifies the waste chemicals in the water, and adds more mechanical filtration, keeping your filter media from getting dirty as quickly.

The leveling knob is used to lever the filter against the tank, ensuring that the water level in the filter is not at such an extreme angle as to cause spillage. In case the filter stops working, you can check if the impeller is clogged, and follow the steps to gently remove, rinse, and clean the impeller chamber, before putting it back in place and ensuring it rotates freely.

Our filters are designed to fit on framed fish tanks, with the intake tube gently pulled to fit on the rim. However, please note that it does not fit framed or frameless aquariums that are more than 0.4 inches thick.

To ensure the proper functioning of the filter, it's important to fill the filter with water before plugging it in, as the pump must not run dry. The minimum water level in the tank should be no more than 1 inch below the aquarium rim.

If the priming process doesn't occur, verify that all parts are installed correctly and firmly, fill up the water in the filter case and fish tank as much as possible, and make sure the flow control valve is firmly installed and in the position of maximum flow.

In case the filter is too loud, adjust the leveling knob to reduce vibration, check the sealing of the flow control valve, and ensure that the aquarium water level is at the normal level to avoid excessive splashing. If the impeller is worn, it may need to be replaced.
